These terms apply when you use Kamal's Interview Coach (“the app”), including this website, the web app and the iPhone, iPad and Mac app. The app is provided by Kamal Uddin, an independent developer in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to these terms.
What the app is
The app is a practice tool for behavioural job interviews. It includes example questions, answer frameworks, interviewer-style rubrics, mock interview rounds and optional AI feedback. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon or any other employer, and the content does not reflect any company's actual interview questions or hiring decisions.
No guarantee of results
The app helps you prepare, but we can't guarantee any interview outcome or job offer. AI feedback is generated automatically, can be wrong or incomplete, and should be treated as a suggestion rather than professional career advice.
Free and Pro
The free version gives limited access. Pro unlocks all content and features for a one-time price shown before you buy. Pro is not a subscription.
- In the App Store app: purchases are made through Apple and are also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms. Pro bought there unlocks the app on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
- On this website: when web purchases become available, our order process will be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Pro bought on the website unlocks the web app.
Fair use of AI feedback
Built-in AI feedback has daily limits per device to keep the service available for everyone. Don't attempt to bypass these limits, overload our servers or use the service to generate content unrelated to interview practice.
Your content
Your answers, stories and recordings belong to you. They're stored on your device. When you ask for AI feedback, the text you submit is sent for processing only to produce that feedback, as described in our privacy policy.
Our content
The questions, rubrics, explanations, design and code of the app belong to us. You may use them for your own interview preparation. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. We'll try to give notice of significant changes. We may update these terms, and the date at the top will show when they last changed.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, the app is provided as it is, and we're not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the app's content. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you may also be protected by the laws of your own country.
